These services are exclusive to guests staying at DREAMERS WELCOME properties. Reservations are not required. If you have any dietary restrictions and/or allergies, we ask that you notify us ahead of time.

We do not. Ubers and taxis are widely available from SJU airport which is a short 10 min ride.

Children 8 years and older are welcome to stay at DREAMCATCHER.

If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date), the full cost of the booking is charged.

Please note: Different cancellation policies may apply when reservation was made via a 3rd party booking service (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia). Those bookings must be cancelled through the applicable provider and cannot be cancelled through us.

Yes, we allow for one dog per room (up to 50 lbs) for an additional fee of $40/night.

DREAMCATCHER is located in a pristine beach neighborhood. There is a plentitude of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Uber and Taxis are available 24/7 and so are scooter rentals. If you plan on spending the majority of your time in San Juan, you won't need a car.

Should you decide to rent a car, please know that while free street parking is widely available there is no assigned parking at DREAMCATCHER.

We offer welcome packages and a variety of experiences, all of which can be purchased separately from your room. We do not offer all-inclusive or package deals.

Yes, we do. Please allow for a turn around time of 24 hours. Laundry service is $20/load.
