Start your day energized and relaxed. Ground yourself with our morning yoga classes, taught by our professional and friendly yoga instructors. These morning classes are given at Ocean Park Beach, just a block away from the DREAMCATCHER. They are also accessible to any of our guests staying at our other properties.

A minimum sign-up of 2 people is required. All classes are subject to cancellation due to weather conditions and factors beyond our planning capacities.
Same day cancellations of the class are subject to a full charge.
